This packing machine has the functions of automatic vacuuming, inflating, heat sealing, film cutting and waste film recycling.
The vacuum packing machine can automatically draw out the air in the bag and complete the sealing process after reaching the predetermined vacuum degree. Nitrogen or other mixed gas (Nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide)can also be filled again, and then complete the sealing process. Vacuum packaging machine is often used in the food industry, because after vacuum packaging, food can resist oxidation, so as to achieve the purpose of long-term preservation.
If your product is steak, chicken, prawns, fish, seafood,etc., you can use a mixture of gas preservation. If your products are fresh vegetables and fruits, we recommend that you use nitrogen to keep them fresh. You can choose whether to fill with nitrogen or mix with fresh gas depending on your products.

Maintenance and maintenance:
1) Check whether the pressure of the air source is normal before starting the machine. The general pressure should be kept between 0.6-0.75mpa. The waste water in the air filter should be discharged regularly to ensure the normal operation of the cylinder. The driving cylinder is refueled regularly so as not to damage parts and affect the production quality and service life of the machine.
2) After the work is completed, let the heat sealing part cool naturally. Clean the sealing mouth with a hot water cloth and clean the dirt on the aluminum plate to avoid premature aging and corrosion.
3) Check the sealing ring regularly to ensure the quality of sealing.
4) Check regularly whether the grounding wire of the machine is in good contact to ensure safe use of electricity.
5) Before working, adjust the sealing temperature from low to high to ensure more uniform heat sealing temperature and better sealing effect.
