Working principle:
Smoky oven is mainly composed of oven body, control box and smoke chamber. The oven body is made of 304 parts of rust steel, is a place for smoking, cooking and drying, the upper part of the fan, copper coil, fan is driven by the motor will be sucked up the hot gas, smoke diffusion, uniform effect, the better the wind circulation, the better the smoking effect, the better the product quality. Copper coil is used for drying function, steam through the steam reserve port into the copper coil tube, copper thermal conductivity is good, heat transfer rate is fast, and increases the contact space, faster heating rate. Electric heating tube on both sides, heating speed is fast, heat evenly. There is a separate flue on both sides of the oven, the upper part is provided with an exhaust port and a smoke vent, and the side is specially provided with a steam flow port. The purpose is to ensure the consistent effect of temperature and smoke in the oven, to avoid inconsistent temperature and inconsistent smoky color. The bottom of the oven is provided with a drain to eliminate the steam condensation formed by cold water. And the smoke volume adjustable air door, filter can prevent soot into the pipeline. Short flue pipeline, less pollution, easy to disassemble and wash. Optimize the air circulation state inside the box to ensure that the material processing process of the whole box can be controlled and uniform to achieve low consumption output.
