Meat grinder is a kind of meat processing equipment with high universality and wide application range in meat production industry. It relies on the screw to push the raw meat in the hopper box to the pre-cutting plate, and the rotary extrusion of the screw makes the hole plate and the reaver produce relative operation, so as to cut the raw meat into the shape of particles, to ensure the uniformity of the meat filling. Through different combinations of orifice plate can achieve the ideal requirements of different meat filling.
Working principle
When the meat grinder works, the raw meat is chopped by the shearing action formed by the rotating cutting edge and the hole edge on the orifice plate, and the raw material is discharged out of the machine constantly under the action of screw extrusion pressure. According to the material properties and processing requirements, the corresponding configuration of the tool and hole plate, you can process different sizes of particles, in order to meet the process requirements of the next process.
